Altos Reales – Sierra Blanca

This location is unique – that is why I have been living in Altos Reales for 15 years and it is surrounded by greenery. On my first visit to the Monte Castillo complex in Altos Reales, I was very impressed by the spaciousness of the dreamlike garden park, where only 2 houses with 12 apartments each were built – in absolute proximity to the city, with an oversized pool and tropical garden with many palm trees , The residence was built with a long-term view of high-quality construction quality by a German promoter, also taking into account a top location, which is one of the most important criteria for a German customer. 80% of German customers have also found their home here.

In particular, I liked the security and the associated 24 h security service. The fantastic view over wide green zones to the sea and the African coast from all the apartments and from the North side the beautiful view of La Concha, the local mountain of Marbella – very impressive.

The construction quality of the well maintained residential complex is very high quality – all apartments and penthouses are very exclusive and have underfloor heating which is not self-evident in many residential areas in Marbella and the surrounding area.

I am always asked by my customers which is the best location within the urban area – for me there is nothing more exclusive and secure than Altos Reales. In Altos Reales there are also high quality and spacious villas and Monte Castillo is the only apartment complex there, surrounded by a garden park, which houses a children’s playground and tennis court, only 10 minutes walk to the city of Marbella.
